What we offer

We provide on-demand assisted 1-on-1 or group stretching services at the location of your choice. Our services are designed to cater to your individual needs, helping you achieve optimal health and wellness.

To schedule a stretch therapy session, all you need to do is contact us via phone or email. Our team will then work with you to schedule a day and time that is convenient for you.
We offer both in-person and A/V call initial assessments, allowing us to understand your body and customize a Stretch Therapy plan accordingly. This record also helps you to track your progress.
Our experienced therapists will arrive at your location, whether it's your home or office, and provide a 60-minute assisted stretching session. All you need to keep ready is a Yoga Mat and a towel.

Stretch sessions are conducted fully clothed and typically last for 60 minutes.
Each session begins with an initial warmup to prepare your body for stretching.
The therapist will guide you through a customised series of stretches while you are in various positions: standing, lying, or seated.
Hands-on techniques are used during the session to ensure proper alignment and maximize the effectiveness of the stretches.
After the session, the therapist will provide you with a "takeaway" stretch that you can perform on your own.
These takeaway stretches help you maintain and improve your flexibility between sessions.
